1. General Use
- KhanChapals.pk par di gayi saari maloomat, designs, aur content sirf hamari property hai.
- Aap hamari website ka istemal sirf legal purposes ke liye karenge.
2. Orders & Payments
- Har order tab confirm hota hai jab full payment receive hoti hai (ya cash on delivery ka option select hota hai).
- Prices market condition ke mutabiq badal sakti hain bina kisi prior notice ke.
- Agar koi galti se price ya product detail wrong ho, hum order cancel karne ka haq rakhte hain.
3. Product Quality & Variations
- Hum apni taraf se best quality aur original Khan Chapals bhejte hain.
- Handcrafted hone ki wajah se color aur texture mein choti moti variations ho sakti hain jo normal hain.
4. Delivery
- Hum apne delivery partners ke zariye order bhejte hain.
- Agar product delivery ke doran mishandle ho jata hai ya partner ke office mein change ho jata hai, to yeh delivery partner ki zimmedari hai aur iska claim unke insurance process ke zariye hoga.
- Delivery time estimate hota hai — unexpected delays ho sakte hain.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return & Refund policy hamari website par alag se di gayi hai.
- Sirf wohi conditions apply hongi jo policy mein likhi hain.
6. Intellectual Property
- KhanChapals.pk ka naam, logo, designs, aur content hamare copyright protection ke under hain.
- Bina permission ke copy, reuse ya distribution allowed nahin hai.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Hum kisi bhi indirect loss, delay, ya damage ke liye zimmedar nahin hain jo hamari control ke bahar ho (jaise courier mishandling, natural disasters, etc.).
8. Governing Law
- Yeh Terms & Conditions Pakistan ke laws ke mutabiq govern kiye jayenge.
